TROPOS researchers again among the world's most influential scientists

only eleven researchers in Germany listed in the field of Geosciences as "Highly Cited Researchers"

 

 

Leipzig. A researcher at the Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research (TROPOS) belongs again to the world's most influential scientists. Prof. Alfred Wiedensohler is one of only eleven scientists from Germany, who were listed in the current citation ranking in the field of geosciences. Overall, the evaluation of "Highly Cited Researchers" includes approximately 3300 researchers from 21 departments of agricultural sciences via medicine and social sciences to space research. Given more than 130,000 scientific publications from 2005 up to 2015 was evaluated and how many times they have been cited in other publications.
