On 14 November 2024, the CARO team welcomed students from 7 schools to the station for an Info Day hosted by ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence (ECoE). This initiative by Rodanthi Mamouri and colleagues engaged and informed the public about their innovative work & contributions.
The Cyprus Atmospheric Remote Sensing Observatory (CARO) is a National Facility (NF) for remote sensing of aerosol and clouds and is planned to become an ACTRIS National Research Infrastructure facility for Cyprus consisting of the aerosol remote sensing (ARS) observational platform and the cloud remote sensing (CRS) observational platform.
